Pela Cases are the world's first 100% compostable phone cases. Unlike traditional plastic cases that stay in landfills for centuries, our cases are made from Flaxstic®, a plant-based material that breaks down in a composting environment.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping can take between 10-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
Are Pela Cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes, all Pela Cases are designed to be thin enough to be fully compatible with Qi-standard wireless charging, so you never have to remove your case to power up.
How do I compost my Pela Case once I'm done with it?
You can place your Pela Case in your backyard compost bin or send it back to us via our Pela 360 program. We will ensure it is properly composted or recycled into a new product.
Do you offer a screen protection guarantee?
We offer a Screen Protection Guarantee on select bundles. If your screen cracks while wearing a Pela Case and our liquid screen protector, we will pay for the repair costs as per our terms and conditions.
